We accept Paypal and major credit cards. If you would like to pay by check or wire transfer please contact us with the form on the right.

Most software is delivered within a few minutes. If new license files are required it may take a day or two for us to send them to you so you can activate your new features.

Yes you will receive an email with the details of your order. You can also access all your invoices in your account settings.  Login to your account here…

If you have a support plan with us you can call or submit a ticket. If not, you can email us using the form to the right. Because Channergy SE is so inexpensive we cannot provide remote assistance or phone support without a plan, but we can answer your questions via email.
