Phone support can be purchased by the hour. Or, you can pre-purchase phone support and save. A trained representative will be available to answer your questions immediately, or will call you back within 24 hours (usually the same day).
Phone support is used in 15 minute increments and Technical Support will email you after you use a portion so you can see your remaining balance. You will not be billed for bug fixes but you must have a balance on file to receive phone support. Purchase additional prepaid support as needed to keep your balance above zero.
